We are looking for a temp to fill this role. 6-12 month with the possability of extending. The manager will speak about remote/hybrid work arrangements for this position at time of interview.

Position Purpose:

Performs assigned treasury and finance functions in the areas of cash management, cash forecasting, financings and investments, regulatory compliance and other assigned treasury related duties and responsibilities. Works with and supports other members of the Finance and Accounting functions with treasury operations and services.

Cash Management. Monitor daily cash flow, manage bank accounts, and ensure liquidity for operational needs. Coordinate and schedule transmission of bank wires and other electronic cash disbursements. Optimize cash management within the cash pool structure to minimize borrowings and associated costs. Record activity in the treasury software, ensure activity reconciles, and close the cash pool each month-end. Recommend and implement process improvements to supervisor.

Debt Management and Compliance. Maintain accurate records of long-term debt within internal files and Treasury Software. Understands and tracks various requirements and debt covenants to ensure compliance. Prepares various treasury related financial reports and documentation to meet reporting goals for various stakeholders.

Cash Forecasting and Planning. Develop and maintain reliable cash forecasting tools to inform strategic and tactical decisions. Analysis primarily supports liquidity and external capital requirements.

External Financing. From time-to-time support external financings of either debt or equity. Support may include, but not limited to, preparing presentations for investors, responding to requests for data, or reviewing documentation.

Ad Hoc Projects and Support. Ad Hoc projects and assignments that may include supporting regulatory filings, industry research, and software implementations either directly related to treasury initiatives or supporting other finance department goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, economics, business or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Highly organized, flexible and able to utilize time efficiently.

  • One to four years of work experience.
