Job Responsibilities:

  • Work Safely, bring safety issues forward, look out for yourself and your team members

  • 5S work area on a daily basis.

  • Proficiently operate Machines by loading and unloading parts in the machine.

  • Perform machine adjustments to achieve the correct dimensions, finishes and quality.

  • Load and save programs as needed.

  • Modify and edit programming on the machine as needed.

  • Perform any necessary machine adjustments or small repairs in a safe manner.

  • Identify when tooling needs replaced and change tooling effectively.

  • Understand and follow work instructions, set-up sheets, routers, and downloading programs to properly set-up machines per customer requirements.

  • Effectively gauge and measure parts produced

  • Assist other departments with projects as needed.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisor.

  • Work on Kaizen events, participate on departmental teams

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma is required or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of g-code programming is preferred

  • Ability to lift 35 pounds is required.

  • Understand and complies with ISO procedures

  • Ability to read routers and blueprint drawings and perform proper measurements

  • Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
