Assemblers Needed - Carol Stream

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in precision assembly, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range: $19.39

Shift: 4am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate semi-automated gasketing machines in accordance with safety and quality standards.

• Conduct routine quality inspections using digital calipers and micrometers.

• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are functioning correctly, and promoting good safety practices.

• Transfer completed products to the staging area using a pallet jack.

• Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.

• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and operate machinery safely.
