Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an IMM Operator:

• Mold and inspect plastic parts to ensure they meet quality and job specifications

• Identify and separate defective parts, report issues, and communicate with supervisors to resolve production problems

• Maintain accurate production counts, labels, and documentation while preparing materials for the next shift

• Follow all safety procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S practices

• Rotate between workstations as needed and complete required training and assigned duties

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 18 years old

• Understand and follow directions

• Attention to small detail

• Ability to record data

• Knowledge of visual discrepancies in plastic molded parts
