Job Title: Forklift Operator Job Description
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the yard and manufacturing facility. You will transport raw materials, finished products, and other items to designated areas and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning and logging items.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts.

Experience in material handling, picking, loading, and inventory control.

Ability to operate various warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.

Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems.

Ability to lift or move heavy products.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience.

Work Environment
You will be working in multiple warehouses on-site, responsible for moving equipment throughout the manufacturing process. The work environment is very clean but non-climate controlled. The shift is Monday to Friday, from 5 PM to 3:30 AM, at a nice manufacturing facility.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
