Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an EITaaS Technologies Principal, Strategic Plans to support a large-scale Air Force enterprise modernization initiative at Hanscom AFB. This individual will serve as a senior strategic advisor, providing thought leadership and guidance on Enterprise IT programs, digital transformation efforts, and Air Force technology initiatives.
This role is ideal for a candidate with deep experience supporting the Air Force or Department of Defense enterprise IT environments who understands how to navigate complex technical organizations, remove barriers to implementation, and drive strategic initiatives to successful outcomes. The individual will partner with government leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to develop and execute modernization plans while helping shape the future state of enterprise services.
Pay range $60-70/hr

Skills and Requirements
-Active Secret Clearance.
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
-10+ years of experience supporting DoD or U.S. Air Force enterprise IT programs.
-Strong understanding of Air Force organizational structures, enterprise services, and technology modernization initiatives.
-Experience advising senior leaders on strategic IT initiatives.
-Demonstrated ability to work across large-scale enterprise programs and complex stakeholder environments.
-Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud adoption, digital transformation, and modernization efforts.
-Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels.
