As a Security Officer Screening Representative in Kailua, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.

Screen visitors, employees, vendors, and/or deliveries entering the location, following post instructions and documenting security-related concerns or irregular activity.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Monitor entry areas, observe customer and staff activity, and help to deter unauthorized access, prohibited items, and/or policy violations.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting maintenance, cleanliness, and/or security-related issues according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

A guard card and/or license is preferred.
-
Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
