Full job description
Our client, a global leader in smart buildings, HVAC systems, and building automation solutions , is seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be part of the Building Automation Services Department supporting field service, commissioning, and customer support teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service expertise which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Brecksville, OH
Pay Range: $29 - $32/hr
What's the Job?

Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.

Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues.

Load, configure, and diagnose controller software and field devices.

Complete commissioning documentation, reports, and customer communications.

Identify building efficiency improvements and provide service recommendations.
What's Needed?

Associate degree or vocational training in Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Computer Technology, Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.

1+ year of HVAC electronic/mechanical systems experience or 3+ years of related industry experience.

Knowledge of HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and facilities management systems.

PC proficiency and ability to work with HVAC-related software applications.

Reliable transportation and strong customer-facing communication skills.
