Workday Compensation Consultant - Hybrid

Job Duties

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Workday Compensation Consultant - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN, Charlotte, NC, or Chandler, AZ. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Seeking a Workday Compensation consultant with deep expertise in Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and develop proof-of-concept configurations within the client's Advanced Compensation environment to validate functionality and business fit. This role will lead the analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements, delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives and provide an intuitive, high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution

• Lead the analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation)

• Partner with stakeholders to document and communicate business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences through clear and effective artifacts

• Drive planning, coordination, configuration, and testing activities to support successful product delivery and implementation

• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent

• Deep expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration

• Experience creating Business Requirement Documents

• Experience with End-to-End Testing

• Solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour
