A busy, well-established PPO & FFS private dental practice in Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced Associate General Dentist (2+ years) to join a high-performing, supportive team. This is not a lead role —it’s a true associate position for a “super GP” who enjoys comprehensive care, strong production, and a well-run schedule.

This role may be marketed across the DFW Metroplex—but the practice location and daily worksite are in Frisco, TX (Collin County / suburban Dallas).

  • Easy commutes from: Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Little Elm, The Colony, Carrollton, Addison, and North Dallas. 🗓️ Schedule (Alternating Weeks) You’ll join a practice designed around an alternating-weeks model (the Owner Dentist works this schedule as well), creating a predictable rhythm and strong coverage.

Core Hours

  • Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday & Thursday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM Rotating Weeks

  • Week A: 5 days/week (Mon–Fri)

  • Week B: 3 days/week (Mon–Wed) 🏥 Practice Snapshot

  • 5 operatories total

  • Eaglesoft practice management system

  • Owner Dentist works alternating weeks (collaborative, steady presence)

  • 2 full-time hygienists

  • Each operates out of their own dedicated hygiene operatory

  • Implant and Endo capabilities supported (systems and workflow built for comprehensive care) 💼 The Clinical Opportunity This is a role for a GP who wants to stay busy and practice at a high level:

Preferred Clinical Strengths

  • Implant placement and surgical extractions

  • Molar endodontics

  • Comprehensive restorative and crown & bridge You’ll likely enjoy this practice if you:

  • Prefer a setting where you can diagnose, plan, and treat without chaos

  • Want a practice that values same-day dentistry when appropriate and clinically indicated 💰 Compensation & Benefits (W-2)

  • Competitive collections-based compensation (tiered structure available)

  • W-2 employed position with benefits eligibility

  • No lab or supply fees when using preferred/in-formulary vendors

  • Strong operations to support scheduling, collections, and smooth patient flow 📈 Why Frisco / Collin County (Suburban Dallas)? For an experienced dentist, that typically translates into:

  • A strong base of patients seeking comprehensive care

  • Excellent long-term economics for sustained production

  • A high quality-of-life suburban Dallas location with easy access to the entire DFW Metroplex 🚀 Ready for a High-Quality Associate Role in Frisco? If you’re an experienced GP who wants a busy, well-run associate position —and you’re confident in implants and endo —this is a strong opportunity in one of North Texas’ most desirable growth markets.
