The Opportunity:
As a CACI-SOFETOPS Space Operations Integrator (SOI), you will provide space operations expertise and space-focused capability integration to support ARSOF Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells (SAMMC). This position plays a critical role in development and maintenance of processes to resource the training and operational employment of Space-Domain requirements and capabilities to enhance the effectiveness of ARSOF operational personnel. The SOI supports and coordinates space operations with Joint Space Enterprise elements, service components, national agencies, and mission partners. You will produce and provide clear technical space related briefings, memorandums, and plans. Incorporate compartmented capabilities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM) into training and operations as needed. Provide expertise in Joint and Army doctrine such as DoD JP 3-14 Joint Space Operations, Space Capstone Publication (SCP) and operational level Space Doctrine Publications (SDPs). Integrate space capabilities into the Joint Planning Process, Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), including mission analysis, course of action development, and operational planning products (CONOPs, D3A matrices, EXORDs, FRAGOs).
Responsibilities:

Serves as Space Operations Integrator and as a technical advisor.

Serve as advisor on internal and external requirements policies, processes, and procedures.

Review Joint Space capabilities and assist CSU in incorporating into train, man, equip, validation, and employment cycles.

Draft, format, review, and quality check Space Domain related training plans, CONEMPs, MICONs and CONOPs.

Ensure CSU initiatives are coordinated, deconflicted and nested within Intelligence Community, USSPACECOM, Combatant Commands and Theater Component requirements, specified policies and guidance.

Identify and participate in Space capability and initiatives related to the Communities of Interest across the federal enterprise.

Develop and maintain Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) supporting Lessons Learned operational growth for CSU.

Use intelligence tools for analytical support to identify and incorporate space focused opportunities for CSU.

Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.

Implement efficient data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and facilitating seamless retrieval and analysis of information.

Solicit, analyze, document, and facilitate prioritization and validation of analyst needs.

Provides consistent real-time updates of collection and planned collection requirements through existing databases.
Qualifications:
Required:

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance and the ability to obtain polygraph if required.
-
A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience or 10+ years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).

Demonstrated experience in technical Space concepts (Remote sensing to include radio frequency, electrooptical, infra-red, multi-spectral, hyper-spectral, and radar; Geospatial sensing; Communications architecture and networks; Missile warning; Offensive and Defensive space control; Information Operations (IO) that support or require the support of Space Operations; Cyber Operations that require the support of Space Operations.

Demonstrated expertise in Joint, Interagency, and Army Component staffing pathways

Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge and collection management systems.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong attention to detail.
Desired:

Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.

Graduate of the Space Operations Officer Qualification Course (SOOQC) and/or USSF Officer Training Course (OTC)
-
Graduate of a Joint Service STO Planners Course
-
Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Experience conducting intelligence analysis and/or planning supporting Theater Special Operations Commands.
-
Experience in a deployed environment supporting Space focused operations.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,000 - $163,800
