About the Director-in-Training Role
This is adevelopmental leadership positiondesigned to prepare you for a future Director role. This role is best suited for someone who isenergized by mission-driven workand genuinely motivated by supporting people with diverse abilities.
What You’ll Learn and Do
With support and structured training, you will:

Support the leadership and development of a team

Work directly in the community building relationships with employers and partners

Engage with individuals we serve to support their personal and employment goals

Participate in outreach with community agencies and funding sources

Learn how to measure outcomes, track progress, and contribute to market goals

Gain exposure to budgeting, market growth, and operational decision-making

Required:

Experience as ateam lead, supervisor, program manager, or similar role

Comfort working in the community and juggling multiple priorities

Well versed using technology and systems to stay organized

Valid driver’s license, comfortable using your vehicle to travel within your local community (mileage reimbursement provided) and transporting clients
