Full job description

Shift: 5:30 AM-2:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $35.00 an hour

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the reliability and performance of production equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and maintain a safe and efficient facility.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes
  • Repair or replace defective equipment components to restore functionality
  • Support installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment
  • Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
  • Partner with production teams to respond quickly to equipment issues
  • Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance processes

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting practices
  • Experience with preventative maintenance systems and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed

  • Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
