This role involves providing companionship, socialization, and basic needs support. Caregivers play an essential role in helping clients stay safe and comfortable in their homes.

Key focus areas include Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes, Provide assistance with personal care, and Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.

Successful candidates bring High School Diploma Or G.E.D. Certificate, Valid CNA License, and Current CPR And First Aid Certificate. Important skills include Serve And Help Others, Read, Write, And Follow A Written Plan Of Care/Aide Care Plan, Hoyer Lift, and Mobility Assistance Devices. Preferred (not required): Personal Care Assistance, Meal Planning, Meal Preparation, and Feeding.

  • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

  • Valid CNA License

  • Current CPR and First aid certificate

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Able to lift minimum 50 lbs. and perform necessary movements

  • Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility assistance devices

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan

  • Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.

  • Provide assistance with personal care.

  • Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.

  • Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.

  • Properly manage household needs.

  • Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

  • Willing to work flexible shifts Shifts:

  • PRN 12 hour Morning shift Salary Range:

  • $15.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience
