Bilingual (Spanish) School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - El Monte, CA
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a school-based setting in El Monte, California. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders while supporting a diverse student population. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to effectively collaborate with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
Simple Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
California school-based credential or authorization, if required
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities

Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in English and Spanish, as appropriate

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations
