What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and driver logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.

Control access to restricted areas, loading docks, warehouses, and vehicle gates in accordance with site procedures.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, loading areas, and access points to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.
-
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
