Service Advisor – Customer Service & Sales

Bob Weaver Auto | Pottsville, PA

Looking for a career with strong income potential, a great team, and long-term stability?

Bob Weaver Auto is hiring a Service Advisor to help customers through the vehicle service process from start to finish. We are a busy, family-owned dealership with a strong reputation in Schuylkill County and a growing service department.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Communicates well with people

  • Stays organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Enjoys solving problems and helping customers

  • Can confidently recommend needed maintenance and repairs

  • Wants a long-term career opportunity

Automotive experience is helpful, but strong customer service or sales experience can also translate well.

What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and check vehicles in for service

  • Listen to customer concerns and document repair needs

  • Schedule appointments

  • Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process

  • Recommend maintenance and repair services

  • Prepare estimates and finalize repair orders

  • Help create a positive customer experience
