Position Overview: The Senior Product Manager owns a significant product area end-to-end, setting strategy and translating complex customer and market requirements into a coherent product vision, roadmap, and features. The Senior Product Manager works closely with customers, sales, marketing, designers, and scrum R&D teams to drive execution, and collaborates with other Product Managers within the team. Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site. Reports to: Director of Product Management.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Lead discovery and validation discussions with customers to identify pain points and needs

  • Own and define the roadmap and feature backlog for your product area

  • Define products and features, specify use cases and write requirements and user stories, while collaborating with the UX designers and the R&D team

  • Work with cross-functional customer-facing teams to help advance and develop our products

  • Prioritize features and user stories for the R&D team and work with them closely during the development lifecycle

  • Become a product and a domain expert and own the designated product area through interactions with customers and customer-facing teams

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers, sharing best practices and raising the bar for product craft across the team

  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to help shape product strategy and influence organizational priorities

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager for SaaS B2B Enterprise products for the international market, including experience owning a product area end-to-end

  • Engineering background

  • Dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Articulate, confident, self-aware, and personable character

  • Strong analytical, results-oriented, and problem-solving skills.

  • Superb team player, energetic and motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and matrix management capabilities.

  • Strategic thinker, able to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • User experience oriented

  • Experience with Agile methodologies

  • Technical knowledge, experience working directly with R&D and ability to get into the business and technical details with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to travel occasionally, approximately once per quarter, for customer and site visits

Preferred Skills & Experience :

  • Domain experience in GIS technology and gas or electric utilities domain

  • Experience shipping AI-powered features

  • Experience working with AI tools for product work
