Our client, a leader in storage and asset-management solutions, is seeking a NDE Program Manager to join their team. As a NDE Program Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting radiation safety and non-destructive examination activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: NDE Program Manager

Location: Plainfield, IL (Remote work available)

Pay Range: $115,000 - $140,000

What's the Job?

  • Serve as the Radiation Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations involving radiation-producing equipment.

  • Oversee radiation safety programs and maintain personnel exposure records within permissible limits.

  • Verify adherence to rules and regulations for each state where X-ray work is performed across various projects.

  • Coordinate setup of NDE tools, including X-ray equipment, personnel dosimetry, survey meters, and chemicals for new projects.

  • Review third-party NDE programs for compliance and assist with calibration and film development activities.

What's Needed?

  • 20+ years of industry experience, with at least 15 years in relevant disciplines.

  • 3-4 year university degree (preferred).

  • Deep knowledge of radiographic testing and advanced non-destructive examination methods.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
