Job Details
Duties/Responsibilities

Provides administrative support

Collects requested data and information from various sources including email and other correspondence, meeting minutes and records, and other documents.

Coordinates meetings and conference room bookings

Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested.

Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions in a timely manner.

Welcomes incoming interview appointments

Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.

Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities

Detail-oriented and professional.

Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office.

Basic understanding of office equipment.

Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as filing.

Ability to work independently and reliably.

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

High school diploma
Salary Range
USD $25.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
