  • 3, 12-hour night  shifts per week

  • Holiday rotation

  • Weekend rotation

A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

  • 5 Pine is a 32 bed Telemetry Med-Surg unit with a focus on Stroke and Neuro adult populations. We also have 2 EMU designated beds for monitoring Seizure/Epilepsy patients.

  • We are a high performing team that practices nursing autonomy by utilizing best practices and policies and procedures to provide the best care to our patients.

  • We have an active Unit Practice Council that leads process improvement changes with the input of teammates in the department.

  • We strive for a cohesive team environment that is focused on team engagement, patient satisfaction, learning and growing as we continue to make our team successful.

Expectations We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

  • Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new grads

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
