System One is working with a local aerospace client that needs

Cargo techs - A&P mechanics

Responsibilities

  • Repair and test various aircraft cargo components, such as power drive units (PDU’s), lateral guides, latches, locks, and ball mats.

  • Utilize hand and power tools to perform repairs and tests on cargo components.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems related to cargo components.

  • Follow technical manuals and schematics to ensure proper repairs and testing.

  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members.

  • Maintain safety standards in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and industrial hazards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation-related technical work or equivalent educational experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to use various hand and power tools.

  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems.

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow technical manuals and schematics.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is a plus but not required.

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in an industrial environment.
