Vista, CA | Immediate Openings

Join a growing team building advanced inspection and detection systems used in mission-critical applications. We're seeking a hands-on Electromechanical Assembler with experience in mechanical assembly, wiring, cabling, and system integration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large-scale equipment, troubleshooting systems, and contributing to high-quality manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and integrate cables, wire harnesses, panels, enclosures, and electro-mechanical systems.

  • Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics.

  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections.

  • Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material-handling equipment.

  • Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and measuring devices to complete builds.

  • Complete build documentation and maintain accurate production records.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles.

  • Work both indoors and outdoors and safely at heights when required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of electromechanical, manufacturing, or production assembly experience.

  • Experience with cable assembly, wire harnessing, soldering, and mechanical assembly.

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly documentation.

  • Familiarity with multimeters, continuity testers, and other measurement tools.

  • Experience operating forklifts, lifts, or similar equipment is preferred.

  • Knowledge of ESD practices and manufacturing quality standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

  • Lean manufacturing or 5S environments.

  • Machine building, panel wiring, or large system assembly.

  • Inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of complex equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
