Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Safely set up and operate conventional and CNC machinery, including winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, and welders.

Finishing & Quality: Sand, deburr, and clean finished parts to meet strict quality and dimensional standards.

Technical Maintenance: Apply knowledge of material hardness, cutting tools, speeds/feeds, coolant application, and machining techniques during daily operations.

Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation in compliance with facility safety regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Prior experience as a CNC Machinist, Machine Operator, or in a similar industrial role.

Familiarity with various CNC machines, controls, and basic machining techniques.

Solid understanding of blueprint reading, tool setups, and safety procedures.
Preferred Skills (Sets You Apart):

2 to 4 years of hands-on machining or manufacturing experience.

Basic welding, torch, or metal fabrication knowledge.

Experience working in high-volume production or industrial automation environments.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
