We are looking for a Field Service Support Specialist. This position will be located in Hingham, MA.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Service Support Specialist to provide technical and administrative support in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to accurately document and communicate information while supporting customers and internal teams.
You will make a difference by:
Provide field service support by assisting with equipment, technical issues, and customer requests.
Use computer systems and software applications to track, document, and manage service activities.
Process and coordinate shipments using FedEx and UPS shipping systems, including crafting labels, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues.
Maintain accurate service records, shipping documentation, and inventory data.
Ensure all information is entered with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Prepare reports, update databases, and verify documentation for completeness.
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and various internal groups.
Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and database systems.
Experience with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip or similar shipping platforms.
Careful observation and dedication to maintaining accurate documentation.
Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Field service, shipping, or logistics experience preferred
