Mobile Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Mobile Developer with 1+ years of experience building and maintaining mobile applications for consumer-facing products. The ideal candidate has worked with D2C brands, consumer internet companies, marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, or on-demand service apps such as Urban Company (formerly UrbanClap), Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, or similar high-growth businesses. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and enjoys solving real-world problems that directly impact users.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Build scalable, performant, and reliable mobile features.
• Optimise app performance, responsiveness, and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, crashes, and technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of features from concept to production deployment.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve product quality and development efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Experience working on consumer-facing products, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, marketplace, fintech, food delivery, logistics, or on-demand service platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and development best practices.
• Experience building applications for both iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Flutter, React Native, Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS)
• Experience integrating APIs and working with backend services.
• Understanding of app performance optimisation, debugging, and testing.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
