What We Offer

  • Starting pay of $15.00 per hour

  • Flexible scheduling—you choose when you work and the areas you want to serve

  • Work as few or as many hours as you’d like, up to 40 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

  • No previous caregiving experience or certifications are required—we provide initial and ongoing training to help you succeed

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

  • A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

What You’ll Do As a Right at Home caregiver, you’ll provide personalized support based on each client’s individual needs. Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Assisting with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities

  • Offering medication reminders

  • Preparing meals and assisting with basic nutrition

  • Performing light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, and general tidying

  • Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing

  • Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

  • Following each client’s individualized care plan

  • Observing and documenting changes in clients’ conditions and communicating concerns to the nursing team

  • Maintaining open communication with clients, family members, supervisors, and fellow caregivers

  • Accurately completing timesheets and documenting services provided
