Location: Huber Heights, OH (Onsite)
Pay: $50.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Length: 36 Weeks
Start Date: September 10, 2026

Key Responsibilities

Deliver specialized instruction to students with disabilities

Develop and implement individualized educational programming

Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff

Participate in student program planning and implementation

Provide instructional support, intervention, and accommodations

Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation

Support student success in academic, behavioral, and functional skill development
Required Qualifications
-
Valid state teaching certification meeting district and state requirements
-
Appropriate Special Education/Intervention Specialist licensure for assignment

Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Current CPR certification, if required
-
TB screening, PPD, or chest x-ray, if required
-
Current health certificate, if required by state or district regulations
-
Full certification required for consideration
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Minimum one year of teaching experience

Standard Elementary, Secondary, or Special Education Teaching Certification

Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement
