City/State Charlottesville, VA Work Shift Rotating Overview: Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring a Dietary Supervisor

The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for patient meal service food on assigned units, e.g., menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery, check back on patient (+/-) every five rooms, special requests, needs, and preferences, and in between meal food delivery. Responsible for Patient Satisfaction on assigned units.

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Certification/Licensure

• ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
• Food Handlers Card (Required)

Experience

• Food Service experience - 4 years (Required)
• Supervisory experience (Preferred)
