Full job description

As part of the NVIDIA Cloud Partner Team, you will lead strategic LPS (land power shell) Partners to support NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCPs) ecosystem, driving the deployment of NVIDIA’s innovative AI infrastructure. This role offers a groundbreaking opportunity to work with brand-new technologies, such as the DSX, GB300. VR. delivering unmatched data center-scale performance. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading execution and technical engagement directly with LPS and their MEP partners.
  • Driving LPS partners to build more Datacenter capacity to support NCP’s growing and NVIDIA infrastructure
  • Integrating AI factory tools and operationalizing processes for AI factory build-out, resolving any blocking issues to keep projects on track.
  • Adopting NVIDIA latest AI factory stack. DSX. NCX. Help LPS partners to maximize their AI factory utilizations.
  • Ensuring reliable assembly of groundbreaking AI infrastructure platforms by working closely with LPS. MEP and NCP to meet specified metrics and schedules.
  • Assembling and guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
  • Providing technical direction on AI factory building in collaboration with subject matter experts, and managing project timelines by proactively resolving blockers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer-specific features and production deployment.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and insights to senior leadership.

What we need to see:

  • Demonstrated experience in AI factory industry involving direct interaction with customers. partners
  • 10+ years’ experience of delivering LPS project to hypers scaler or NCPs
  • Strong leadership skills in global, matrixed environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A solid track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale datacenter projects.
  • Fluent English/Mandarin and Oversea travel frequently.
  • A willingness to continue learning new skills and growing capabilities as NVIDIA ventures into new markets.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Over 10 years of experience building up Data Centers involving direct engagement with customers globally.
  • Deep experience leading Datacenter program with CSP or NCP
  • Hands-on expertise in large-scale compute server builds and deployment.
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork across globally distributed teams.
