Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Setting: Healthcare Facilities
Job Type: Travel
Pay: $2086 / Week
Hours: 40.00
Location: Modesto, CA
Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides occupational therapy services including treatment, implementation, standardized assessment data, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements:

Current certification or licensure as an OccupationalTherapy Assistant in the state of practice

Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational TherapyAssistant required
-
One (1) year of experience as an Occupational TherapyAssistant preferred
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
