Job Duties
Run the machine end-to-end — set it up, operate it, fix issues, and keep it running smoothly
Follow detailed instructions from job tickets and specs (this is not guesswork—precision matters)
Watch for defects constantly — quality control is a big part of the job
Make adjustments on the fly to keep output within spec
Track production numbers and time (important for efficiency and cost control)
Communicate issues quickly so production doesn’t stall
Keep your workspace clean and safe (this is taken very seriously in manufacturing)
Minimum Education Required
Experience is critical (3–5 years)
