Automotive Technician / Mechanic - Experience Required

As a leader in the automotive aftermarket, Meineke is constantly looking for driven and talented service technicians/mechanics to join our team. In over 900 shops spanning coast-to-coast, we look for auto technicians/mechanics who share our passion for high-quality repair work to help get our customers back on the road.

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced / customer-driven environment

  • Good Attitude, Team Player

  • Supply your own hand tools

  • Complete ongoing training as required

  • Has a basic knowledge of general vehicle knowledge (Alignments, Oil changes, Flushes, Tire Services & Brake replacement)

  • Suspension repair

  • Good knowledge of air conditioning systems

  • Good knowledge of cooling systems

  • Good knowledge of exhaust systems

  • Good Diagnostic abilities

  • ASE Certifications are a plus!

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities

  • Our Automotive Technicians diagnose problems in a timely manner

  • Our Automotive Technicians repair vehicles and test drive for quality control (must have valid drivers license)

  • Our Automotive Technicians keep the work area neat and clean
