Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Senior Director of Distribution and Partnerships, Mobile to join their team. As a Senior Director of Distribution and Partnerships, Mobile, you will be part of the Mobile Department supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Director of Distribution and Partnerships, Mobile

Location: Chester, New York

Pay Range: $125,000 - $175,000

What's the Job?

  • Develop and execute mobile distribution strategies that maximize subscriber acquisition, retention, attach rates, and revenue growth.

  • Lead strategic partnerships with MVNO providers, OEMs, distributors, retailers, and third-party channel organizations including e-tail.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements, marketing support programs, channel incentives, distribution terms, and promotional partnerships.

  • Drive transformation and optimization across retail, digital, field, indirect, and call center sales channels.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, operations, customer care, and digital teams to deliver seamless customer acquisition and onboarding experiences.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience in wireless, MVNO, cable mobile, telecommunications, or related industries.

  • Proven success managing multi-channel sales environments, strategic partnerships, and subscriber acquisition initiatives.

  • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated experience structuring and managing commercial agreements.

  • Deep understanding of wireless channel economics, customer acquisition strategy, and partner management.

  • Experience collaborating across highly matrixed organizations and influencing executive stakeholders.
