As a Senior Associate, Tax, you will:

Review federal and multi-state tax returns across a diverse client base, including flow-through entities
-
Conduct research on fundamental tax issues and apply findings to client engagements
-
Support tax engagements by performing accounting and tax-related responsibilities as assigned by managers
-
Communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients to deliver high-quality service
-
Train and mentor Staff Accountants while supporting team development
-
Collaborate with tax professionals and administrative teams in a team-oriented environment
What you bring to the role:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
-
3+ years of experience in public accounting
-
Strong proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software
-
Experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement software is a plus
-
A passion for delivering exceptional client service with integrity and professionalism

Strong project management and organizational skills
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to develop junior team members

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:
$83,700 - $123,100 per year
