Job Summary
Third shift. The primary purpose of this job is to perform technical functions related to the production of batteries and capacitors. This position is responsible for the mixing of chemicals, cleaning and sanitization of equipment under 5 S practices as well as various milling procedures to process carbon and batteries chemical components. This position will follow standardized or prescribed assignments involving a sequence of related operations under limited supervision
Key Accountabilities:

Adheres to Integer values and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

Preparing and mixing chemicals with specific parameters,

Milling of carbon fiber through a knife mill

Processes material through a planetary ball mill, recollects material to ensure sufficient supplies.

Compiles and summarizes results of tests for evaluation by engineering support teams.

Manages visual inspection processes on routine parts to confirm product quality. This includes decision on pass/fail of product quality.

Complies and completes documentation including but not limited to: reports, RMAs, DIRs, SDRs, LDRs, cell codes, work orders, SOKs to required specifications and procedures based on product type.

Handles 5S cleaning of all equipment outlined in #2 to ensure long term equipment and product quality.

Performs other functions as required
Schedule: 1130pm-730am Sun-Thursday
Minimum Education:
High school graduate. Associate's Degree preferred but not required.
Minimum Experience:
3 years of Integer related work experience and/or 5 years of experience in a regulated industry required.
Specialized Knowledge:
Experience with 5S Area organization and cleanliness is preferred and experience with chemical mixing a plus
Special Skills:
Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift 30 pounds
Salary $17.30 - $25.38 plus 15% shift differential
