Cost Lead – SME Department: Project Management
Reports To: Project Leadership Position Summary The Cost Lead – SME serves as the technical authority for project cost management, providing expert guidance, governance, assurance reviews, benchmarking, forecasting support, and mentoring across mining projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support assigned project controls activities for mining projects.

Coordinate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Prepare reports, analyses, forecasts, and project documentation.

Support governance, risk management, and performance monitoring processes.

Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices. Qualifications

Relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Mining, EPCM, construction, or major capital project experience.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with applicable project controls systems and tools.
