- Establishing operational governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement frameworks
- Working closely with clients, executive leadership, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
- Leading organisational change, workforce development, and the implementation of best practices across operations and asset management functions
