Track data, document progress & share regular updates
Key activities
- Liaise between RL and WCD for approvals, documentation, and updates.
- Regularly Communicating with all key stakeholders alongside senior officials.
- Coordination with district officials for program activities & monitoring.
- Taking ownership of the projects/work streams and managing it end-to-end.
- Prepare dashboards, reports & presentations for review meetings.
- Developing and maintaining relations with multiple government officials.
- Draft official letters, notes, and briefs for departmental communication.
- Support the design & delivery of training for AWWs, Supervisors, CDPOs & other officials.
Areas of responsibility

- Being a team player and supporting the team.
- Prepare a calendar and tracker sheets, track progress, analyze data, and prepare & share updates & reports.
- Assist in planning, coordination & administration tasks.

- Ability to liaison with government systems on a regular basis.
- Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Canva.
- Seamless communication with your managers and colleagues .

- Experience of 2-3 years in the development sector.
- Good communication skills for coordination & reporting.
