About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Ultrasonographer to join our team and help us continue delivering the level of care our patients and families deserve. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our clinical team, ensuring excellent service, collaboration, and patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment. In this role, you will p erform ultrasound examinations including duplex sonography for venous examinations under the direction of the Radiologist. Yuo will utilize independent judgement and rendering images to Radiologist. Participates in student teaching. The Ultrasonographer will provide preliminary findings and present findings to the attending providers.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for following policies and procedures for Medical Imaging department.

  • Experience in abdominal,ob/gyn, small parts, venous doppler ultrasound.

  • Knowledgeable in the use of ultrasound equipment including range of transducers.

  • Completes all competencies each year along with providing great customer service.

  • Performs clerical tasks and maintains infection control policy for ultrasound equipment.

  • Reports and documents patient information for quality assurance.

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in alignment with Saratoga Hospital values

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support health, healing, and service excellence

  • Perform clinical responsibilities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

  • Use hospital systems and tools to document care and support operations

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and support patient and staff satisfaction

  • Serve as a positive, professional representative of our hospital and community

What You Bring

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound. BLS certification as per requirements for Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. ARDMS registry in OB/GYN. Nuchal Translucency certification from NTQR or FMF is a plus. Will consider candidates without NT certification.
