About the Role

In this vital role, you willsupport the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a clientfacility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality ofmaterial handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

  • Promote a safeworking environment by following all safety procedures.

  • Solve electrical andmechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes,relays, and more.

  • Install, maintain,and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

  • Complete andproperly document preventative maintenance routines.

  • Track and storedepartment inventory.

  • Cultivate positiveworking relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance teammembers.

  • Perform otherjob-related duties as needed or assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Applicants must be currentlyauthorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship nowor in the future.

  • High school diploma or generaleducation degree (GED).

  • 1 year of related experienceand/or training.

  • Proficiency using computers andMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

  • Experience using powered ornon-powered hand tools.

  • Ability to solve problems andcarry out general instructions in standard situations such as; routinemaintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination,and safety compliance.

  • Ability to move up to 50lbs andphysical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbingstairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or higher degreefrom a vocational school or college with a focus in the mechanical orelectrical field.

  • 2+ years apprenticeship orequivalent experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumaticsystems.

  • Experience with MHE safetystandards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safetystandards.

  • Experience with a ComputerizedMaintenance Management System (CMMS).

  • 2+ years' experience withautomated conveyor systems and controls.

  • 2+ years' experience conductingpredictive and preventative maintenance procedures.

  • 2+ years of blueprint andelectrical schematic reading

  • 2+ year of knowledge withelectrical and electronic principles

  • 2+ year experience of followingand demonstrating safety standards

  • 1+ year experience introubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems

The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $65,998.40 annually or $31.64 per hour, and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $71,552 annually or $34.40 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
