Job Summary:

The main responsibility for our Experienced Security is to serve our guests in the Resort. This role supports special events/groups, village concerts, holidays, and as-needed shift coverage for Guest Safety team members.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $25.20/hr

  • Employment Type: Year Round

  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Detects potential sources of security and safety hazards, responds to emergencies, handles complaints, investigates and compiles reports in a professional and hospitable manner.

  • Maintain accurate records while performing daily duties including camera monitoring, shift activity, guest and employee incidents.

  • Must be able to keep information confidential.

  • Resolve difficult guest situations with professional and hospitable manner.

  • Train/ educate employees on current safety issues to ensure compliance with all company loss control policies and current security and safety regulations.

  • CPR and First Aid certification required. EMT certification preferred.

  • Handle all medical related situations.

  • Must be able to communicate with management and colleagues in an effective and professional manner.

  • Must be able to maintain a calm professional demeanor during various situations.

  • Must maintain a positive and optimistic attitude at all times.

  • Must be able to work all shifts with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to learn quickly to work in various situations.

  • Must be able to run up/down stairs, ladders, hallways and in all weather conditions.

  • Complete all and any tasks assigned in a timely manor to the expected level.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Tech or Trade School

  • Microsoft Office

  • Valid CO License, must pass a MVR check. CPR, AED and First Aid.

  • Emergency Medical Technician and/or Fire Fighter I

  • Hotel Security or Loss Prevention

  • Ability to Read, Write, Speak and understand English. Ability to speak, read and write Spanish a plus.

  • Must be able to pass a background check

The expected pay range is $21.00/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
