Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences and clinical diagnostics industry, is seeking a dedicated Mailroom Courier to join their team. As a Mailroom Courier, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the internal logistics and mail services team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Pick up and deliver mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence throughout the campus.

Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail accurately and efficiently.

Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment using approved carriers.

Operate mailroom equipment, including postage meters, scanners, and package tracking systems.

Maintain accurate shipping and delivery records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive materials.
What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a mailroom, courier, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and data entry.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
