Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Specialist - Hemostasis/Coagulation to support a growing team within a leading laboratory diagnostics organization. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in hemostasis and coagulation, partnering with clinical laboratory customers to provide training, implementation support, workflow optimization, and ongoing clinical expertise.
The ideal candidate will have an MLS or MLT background, extensive experience in hematology and coagulation testing, and strong communication skills to effectively support laboratory staff in a customer-facing environment. This is a field-based position requiring approximately 80% travel, with travel occurring primarily Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
-Provide clinical and technical expertise related to hemostasis and coagulation laboratory systems.
-Deliver on-site customer training for laboratory personnel.
-Support implementation, validation, and optimization of laboratory workflows.
-Troubleshoot clinical and operational challenges within laboratory environments.
-Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful adoption of laboratory solutions.
-Act as a trusted advisor to laboratory leadership and staff regarding best practices in coagulation testing.
-Travel extensively to customer locations throughout assigned territory.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
-MLS (Medical Laboratory Scientist) or MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) certification.
-10+ years of clinical laboratory experience.
-Strong background in hematology and hemostasis/coagulation testing.
-Experience operating and troubleshooting coagulation laboratory instrumentation.
-Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
-Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%.
