This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and owning complex Level 4 project schedules using Primavera P6.
Day to Day:
• Develop, maintain, and own detailed Level 4 schedules in Primavera P6.
• Build project schedules from the ground up, including logic ties, activity sequencing, resource loading, milestones, and critical path analysis.
• Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and forecasting on a regular basis.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays, risks, or impacts to project milestones.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• 5-10+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Proven experience developing and managing Level 4 project schedules.
• Experience creating schedules from project kickoff through closeout.
