Richmond Pediatrics is affiliated with Seattle Children's and we are promoting this opportunity on their behalf. Selected candidates will be employees of Richmond Pediatrics.
We are currently hiring for part-time roles, a 0.6 FTE and 0.8 FTE Registration Coordinator.
Monday thru Friday 1PM-9:30PM.
- Open most major holidays from 9AM - 5:30PM (except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
The role of the Registration Coordinator is an essential part of the patient facing registration experience by providing support and ensuring each patient encounter is positive, professional, and efficient. The primary function of this role is to create new registrations and check patients in for scheduled and walk-in clinical visits. Registration Coordinator duties also include: scheduling patient return visit appointments, minimizing clinic access delays, effectively communicating with patients/families, informing of and collecting signed consent for care, maintaining standards for infection prevention, and establishing systems and resources to improve processes and efficiency of the patient experience.

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Minimum of one (1) year customer service and/or administrative support experience.
Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum of three (3) years experience working in a health care setting or related field.

Significant experience working with the general public in a health care/customer service environment.

Familiarity with other cultures/bilingual skills.
