Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks a Software Engineering Senior Advisor for the Morris Plains, NJ location to support over 30 applications, focusing on Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) and Mainframe Services (MFS).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve problems faced in various online applications that serve Cigna’s online and web based platforms.

  • Work on multiple high critical incident tickets to resolve issues.

  • Provide support to all MML calls and resolve MML tickets.

  • Work on critical CDH and MFS issues to open a MML line to triage and solve issues.

  • Analyze production tickets and support application maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixes.

  • Provide code analysis, business friendly explanations for requests and incidents, and resolve production critical incidents using a deep understanding of application architecture.

  • Provide functional and technical knowledge of the applications.

  • Hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computers or Engineering and 3 years of experience.

  • Must have experience with: JCL;

  • CA7M;

  • Customer Driven Healthcare (CDH) Applications;

  • Mainframe Services (MFS);

  • MVS;

Salary Range: $150,550-$217,000

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 130,200 - 217,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
