SUMMARY
Position: Machine Operator -Molding
Shift: This position is full-time, 7p-7a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.
Pay: Hourly rate is $18.00-20.00 plus $2 shift differential, depending on experience. 7% quarterly bonus potential.
PTO: 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick, 10 paid holidays
Location: Toms River, NJ

Responsibilities:

Monitor machines, report issues, and reset alarms.

Sort, inspect, and pack finished parts.

Keep raw materials stocked and work area clean.

Complete production reports and labeling.

Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Experience/training in molding, manufacturing, mechanics, a plus.

Ability to understand written and verbal procedures, instructions, and assignments.
