We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary-aged students in a school-based setting through behavioral assessments, intervention planning, staff collaboration, and student-centered support.

In this role, you'll serve as a leader and consultant, helping create positive learning environments while empowering students, educators, and families with effective behavioral strategies.

? Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations

? Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

? Provide consultation, coaching, and training to educational staff

? Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress

? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

? Promote positive behavioral outcomes through evidence-based practices

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week

Medical Support Level: Level 3

? Qualifications

  • Current BCBA Certification through the BACB required

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • School-based behavioral experience preferred

  • Minimum one year of pediatric experience preferred

  • Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills

  • Current CPR certification and health requirements as applicable

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

  • Current CPR if applicable

  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
