POSITION DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Carpenter

Responsibilities
-Lead a small crew on commercial construction projects.
-Read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
-Coordinate daily tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
-Perform quality commercial carpentry work while maintaining high safety standards.
-Communicate with project managers regarding job progress and material needs.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
-Ensure work is completed accurately and meets company quality standards.
Commercial Carpentry Experience Preferred
Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:
-Metal stud framing
-Drywall installation and finishing
-Acoustical/drop ceilings
-Door, frame, and hardware installation
-Finish carpentry
-Millwork and trim installation
-Bathroom partitions and accessories
-Demolition
-Commercial renovations and tenant fit-outs
Qualifications
-3+ years of commercial carpentry experience.
-Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices.
-Ability to read blueprints and layout work.
-Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
-Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders and lifts.
-OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
-Dependable, organized, and committed to producing quality work.
